If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact Taylor Keeble LLP (Head Office) any time between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.

Timeframes

Cancellations and refund claims should be made within 5 working days from payment date. Allow up to 14 working days for a cancellation and refund claim to be processed by Taylor Keeble LLP.
